He is considered to be virtually unstoppable, the only thing that could hinder the self proclaimed “King of Clay” is tennis elbow. What exactly is tennis elbow one may ask; it is an inflammation, soreness, or pain on the outside (lateral) side of the upper arm near the elbow. There may be a partial tear of the tendon fibers, which connect muscle to bone, at or near their point of origin on the outside of the elbow. But you don’t have to be an athlete to suffer from tennis elbow; this injury is due to repeated motions of the wrist or forearm. However, tennis elbow can be easily prevented by taking these simple steps:
